2 Billion Dollars Is NOT Enough !
In order to meet the demand for contracts to put generic bandages on the illegal aliens that have and are flooding across our border this is just the tip of the iceberg of begging to provide services and be awarded the contracts.
Why generic bandages ? Well because generic is cheaper and will generate more profit for the "contractors" and "service providers" that will be and are sub-contracted. 
There is no way now to calculate the dollar amount of contracts that have been signed already, contracts being written as I type and the continuous flood of illegal aliens that will require more Billions to be approved for " contracted services." However, those services include Profits for the "contracted service providers", Big Paychecks for the "contracted service providers", Bonuses and ummm more Bonuses, sub-contracting and soooo much more.
